If you want an honest, reliable guy then Steve is your man. He came out the same day. After many visits he suggested getting a drain survey done and sure enough that was the problem. Fantastic service from Steve who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He sorted out a problem we had with carpet moths and was very reassuring with what was quite an upsetting issue for myself. Replied to all messages quickly and fitted us in at very short notice.
